Your request is saved at once with a reference number. It does not block the dates and is not a booking yet.

The manager replies
The manager checks the calendar, confirms the price and terms and contacts you by WhatsApp, phone or email.

Confirmation
Only the manager confirms a booking. There is no online card payment on this website: payment is arranged with the manager.

Good to know
Is my request a confirmed booking?
No. The request is saved with a reference so the manager can check the dates. The booking is confirmed only when the manager confirms it to you.
Can I pay online?
Not on this website. The manager agrees the payment arrangement with you when the booking is confirmed.
Why are some nights marked "not checked yet"?
The manager keeps the calendar of each house. Until a night has been checked it is not shown as free. You can still send a request for it.
Do the photographs show this exact house?
Not necessarily. They are photographs of villas in the Rain Palm project. Furnishing and details of each house can differ.
What about long stays?
Send a request with your dates. If the house has a long-stay price, the estimate shows it; otherwise the manager sends an individual offer.
