Who we are
This website presents Rainpalm Villas Bangtao on behalf of the developer, Tonsai Company, Bang Tao, Choeng Thale, Thalang, Phuket, Thailand. You can reach the sales team on WhatsApp at +66 95 461 5385.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email if given, your preferred contact method, villa interest, preferred viewing date and message. We also record your consent choices, the page and language you used, and the time of the request. If you allow it in Privacy choices, we also store how you reached the website, such as campaign parameters (utm), advertising click identifiers and the referring page.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, arrange viewings and send the information you request, on the basis of your consent and of steps taken at your request before a possible purchase. If you opt in to project updates, we may send you occasional news, and you can withdraw at any time.
Links to WhatsApp open the WhatsApp app or WhatsApp Web. Opening a link does not share your number with us; we receive your message only when you send it. WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp LLC under its own terms and privacy policy. We count clicks on WhatsApp links without identifying you.
Storage and security
Enquiries are stored in a private sales database used only for this project, hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised sales staff with individual accounts. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and local storage
The public website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your privacy choice and, only if you allow it, campaign information for up to 30 days. Staff using the private sales system receive a strictly necessary session cookie.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a purchase relationship requires longer retention or you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, or to object to processing, as provided by Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation. International transfers
Our hosting provider may process data in data centres outside Thailand. We rely on the provider's contractual safeguards for such transfers.
